Why is it that UFC fighters get tired easily only after 6-7 hours of fighting?
Why is it that UFC fighters get tired easily only after 6-7 hours of fighting?
For example Rich Franklin, Anderson Silva, Chuck Liddell all of them can’t last 7-8 hours fighting, how come they are so weak if they’re supposed to have Gorilla stamina?
BUSINESS LOANS BANKS ARE SAYING NO, We CAN SAY YES! Get up to $100K

So you haven’t ever gotten into a cage and had another guy try to beat you up?

Have you ever been in a real pro MMA fight? Didn’t think so.

The shit out of you are giant bright lights makeing you sweat like crazy try lasting an hour.

Not only are you punching/kicking as hard as you can, you’re getting punched and kicked. Not to mention trying to prevent grappling, or even grappling someone. It’s not like boxing, you have to be aware of many things, and you have to release a lot of energy when a 300lb, all muscle man, is trying to punch you in the face and you have to run around the cage.
Also adrenaline kicks in, your heart is pumping, you’re breathing hard.
Even expert fighters have trouble controlling their bodies natural reactions.
